Hi, I’m Christine — and I teach yoga for real life. For over a decade, I’ve guided people through movement that feels supportive, strengthening, and doable — no matter what’s happening in their day or where they are in life.
My work centers around helping active people over 40 stay strong, mobile, and confident through yoga and mindful movement that’s personalized, sustainable, and rooted in alignment.
I’ve taught in studios, gyms, offices, living rooms, and on retreats around the world. No matter the setting, one thing has always been clear: when movement is intentional and tailored to your real life, it becomes something you can actually build on — not something you struggle to fit into your schedule or your body.
My approach blends sustainable strength-building yoga, personalized alignment, functional mobility for everyday life, mindful breath-centered awareness, and thoughtful progressions that meet you right where you are.
