Hello and welcome to Yoga for Graceful Living! My name is Christine, and I am so happy that our paths have crossed! I am a yoga instructor and I am passionate about helping people live the best version of themselves, today and every day!


What is Yoga for Graceful Living? A Google search of the world 'graceful' reveals the definition "in essence, being graceful encompasses both the way one moves and the way one interacts with the world...". This is what I aim to support people with - not only the ways in which they mindfully and safely move their bodies, but how mindful movements and thoughts can help to shape us (or keep us) into kind and generous humans, helping ourselves, our loved ones, and strangers, along the way.


Movement, mindfulness, and our priorities shift along the path of life. I am here to help people assess where they are, determine where they want to go, and safely embrace the journey along the way. Some people have been lifting weights for decades, others have been running, and some are just finding their wellness path; wherever you are, I am here to support you on your journey and help you incorporate movement and mindfulness so that the future you is set up for success!


For me, my future self wants to be able to live independently - I envison 90-year-old me effortlessly carrying a bag of groceries, putting on my shoes, or pouring a glass of wine. What does your future self want to be able to do with ease? I look forward to hearing about it!
